Local author, biographer, journalist, and historian James McGrath Morris will be here to talk about his new book, Tony Hillerman: A Life. There will be copies of his book available for purchase, as well as an author signing after the talk. We are thrilled to partner with Maria's Bookshop in Durango for this event!

James McGrath Morris the author of several books, including The Ambulance Drivers: Hemingway, Dos Passos, and a Friendship Made and Lost in War, Eye on the Struggle: Ethel Payne, The First Lady of the Black Press, and Pulitzer: A Life in Politics, Print, and Power. His most recent, Tony Hillerman: A Life, is expected to be published in October 2021.
